Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 27th June 2025
We understand that plans can change. The following policy is designed to handle cancellations and refund eligibility clearly and fairly.

Client Cancellations

• More than 14 days before the event: 75% of the advance payment will be refunded
• 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund

All cancellations must be emailed to darrshan@dpevents.in for processing.

Cancellations by the Company

• If we are unable to deliver the event due to internal issues (excluding force majeure), we will provide a 100% refund of the amount received.

Refund Timeline

• Refund requests are evaluated within 2–3 business days
• Upon approval, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days

Non-Refundable Costs

• Vendor advances, venue bookings, and personalized décor charges are non-refundable once initiated or paid

Force Majeure

For cancellations due to natural disasters, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable events:

• We will attempt to reschedule the event
• Partial refunds may be offered depending on third-party vendor policies
