Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DP Events & Hospitality. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our event services. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Scope

  • We offer end-to-end planning and management of corporate, private, and destination events, including event design, coordination, logistics, vendor management, hospitality, entertainment, and related services.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Engagements are confirmed upon written/email acceptance of a quotation or contract and receipt of the required advance.
  • Services are subject to availability. We retain the right to decline requests based on feasibility or scheduling conflicts.

Pricing & Payment

  • Payments are quoted in INR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment schedule:
    • 50% Advance to confirm booking
    • Balance per agreed timeline in the contract
  • Delayed payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate event details, permissions, and timely responses.
  • Obtain venue permits or permissions unless specifically agreed otherwise.
  • Any delays caused by the client that affect service delivery are the client’s responsibility.

Third-Party Vendors

  • We engage certified third-party vendors as needed. While we conduct due diligence, we are not liable for third-party failures unless proven negligent on our part.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for events beyond our control, including acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, terrorism, civil unrest, or utility failures. We will work to reschedule or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

  • Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for chargeable cancellation terms.

Website Content

  • All website content is for informational purposes and may change without notice. Engagement depends on mutually agreed terms, not solely site content.

Intellectual Property

  • All site content (graphics, text, logos, imagery) is the property of DP Events & Hospitality. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Amendments

  • We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of services or the site after revisions indicates acceptance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goregaon, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra.
